The following is a statement I made after having been reported from a school I substituted. Due to poor classroom management, student behavior devolved into screaming on multiple classes (mainly younger children). From this I learned to set clear expectations, and know in the future how to prevent a similar incident. After speaking to a representive from my employer I was cleared of all wrongdoing and reactivated.
This demonstrates critical thinking because:
- I took fault, because it was due to my actions
- I tried different methods
- I talked with other educators to learn what to do
